Created in June 2022 by Régis LE GAC, the company's ambition is to offer a wide range of services in the fields of construction, renovation, restructuring and fitting out of interior and exterior spaces for professional or residential use.
RLG CONSEILS' services range from consultancy to project implementation, including organization, management and coordination of construction sites.
In June 2022, Régis LE GAC, created RLG CONSEILS, after twenty years' experience managing major building construction projects, including the Hôtel RITZ Paris, Place Vendôme in Paris, the ORANGE headquarters in Issy-Les-Moulineaux and the Hôtel ETOILE in Saint-Barthélemy.
Her goal was to put her training and experience as a manager to work for professionals who wanted to optimize their real estate resources. Her interpersonal and collaborative approach to projects enables her to interact with all partners, anticipating and resolving problems. His experience with a well-known company (#Groupe Eiffage Construction, #Groupe EGIS) has given him a rigorous approach to deliverables, which are essential to the project owner for operational follow-up.
RLG CONSEILS' sector of activity is centered on the construction, development and rehabilitation of spaces. The main missions entrusted to RLG CONSEILS are :
I'm the son of René Le Gac, who worked as a plumber, electrician and heating engineer in a small commune in Brittany called Plouaret (22). It was by regularly helping out my father that my taste for construction, the techniques of the various building trades, the camaraderie and the special atmosphere of building sites was born. This was at the end of the 90s. In 1997, I entered the Eugène Freyssinet technical high school in Saint-Brieuc, as a boarder. I graduated with a BAC STI Génie Civil in 1999 and a BTS Bâtiment in 2001. I continued my training, which until then had focused on concrete structures, soil reinforcement, site organization, topography and laboratory work, by moving to Toulouse, to the Paul Sabatier University, part of INSA. There, I was able to deepen my knowledge of production management and private and public business law, taught by the deputy public prosecutor of Toulouse. I graduated with honors in June 2002.
I then decided to seize the job opportunity offered by Christophe ROY and Michel BOUDINET, and joined Quillery Bâtiment in Versailles in August 2002 as a site supervisor.
I've been lucky enough to be trained by people whose values I share, and who have taught me to take a step back from my work as a site supervisor. Managing production for a major general contractor is both exciting and challenging. It's important to be supported in order to focus on the essential objectives of customer satisfaction and quality.
In 2008, I decided to change jobs and move to the other side of the fence, joining the SFICA design office as a project manager.
After 5 years in business, I put my knowledge of general construction to good use in an engineering, design and project management office. I learned that many customers prefer to manage their sites via a project manager, without entrusting the entire project to a general contractor.
For me, it's the perfect compromise: being able to talk directly to principals with complete openness and without any presumption of taking an interest.
During my 10 years with SFICA, I had a wide range of responsibilities, from project manager for an office building in Paris's Golden Triangle to assistant project manager for the prestigious restructuring of the Hôtel Ritz on Place Vendôme in Paris.
This one job took 4 years, and I never saw them go by!
Keen to experience life outside mainland France with my family of 4 children, I joined the EGIS Group, which was best placed to offer me this type of opportunity. In 2020, I was offered the chance to manage the construction of the Hotel ETOILE, formerly known as Emeraude Plage, on the island of Saint-Barthélemy. The tumult of this project, and in particular the cancellation of the building permit at the end of December 2021, led me to set up my own project management company in June 2022.
Finally, 20 years after leaving school, I'm still driven by the same desire, and the values instilled by my father in my youth have remained ingrained and are part of my DNA. It's with this in mind that I lead site meetings and other technical fine-tuning sessions. Without pretension or value judgement. I like the idea of being the captain of a boat whose occupants participate right up to their destination.
